NOÉ RAMÍREZ / FOUNDER & PITCHING COACH
Eight MLB seasons.
Now, one player at a time.
Noé brings a pitcher's perspective to the training environment: the mechanics, the preparation, the adjustments, and the mental work that has to hold up under pressure.

Built through the game.
From Boyle Heights and Alhambra High to Cal State Fullerton and the major leagues, Noé's path was shaped by years of work, adjustment, and competition.
He pitched for the Boston Red Sox, Los Angeles Angels, and Arizona Diamondbacks across eight Major League seasons. Today, he puts that experience to work for the next generation through Big League Bound Baseball and Noé Ramírez Pitching Mentorship.
02 / THE COACHING PHILOSOPHY
Skill and mindset grow together.
Noé teaches pitchers to understand why they are making an adjustment, how to prepare for the next outing, and what to do when a game stops following the plan.
The physical side and mental side are equally important. Confidence is built through purposeful work, honest feedback, and learning to compete one pitch at a time.
03 / BIG LEAGUE BOUND
One program. A wider reach.
NRPM is Noé's private pitching mentorship within Big League Bound Baseball. BLB also serves groups and teams through practices, clinics, and pitching programs, sometimes alongside other MLB and professional players.
BLB is an independent training program. Private lessons are available by appointment in Alhambra and Van Nuys; team work is arranged across the wider region.
